We wanted to keep rust at bay and with the intention of driving it every day we chose to paint the entire underside in POR 15. This means we need a good surface to paint to, so after about 100 hours of scraping, washing, sanding etc we got to the finished state – should last a good while.

To make the journeys more comfortable we chose to fit a lot of sound proofing from secondskin
Lots of damplifier, followed by luxury liner pro, and then overkill, should be quieter. Put damplifier under the side panes too.
That long panel is not easy to fit – especially with the long chrome trim.
